This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by LovelySEO. Because our services are professional digital services customised to each client, our refund terms reflect the nature of that work. We encourage you to read this carefully before purchasing.
LovelySEOAll services provided by LovelySEO are digital professional services tailored to each client. Once work has begun on a service, the time and expertise invested cannot be recovered. Our refund policy therefore distinguishes between situations before and after work commences.
If you have a concern about quality or delivery, we strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a refund request. In most cases, we can address concerns directly and quickly.
If you cancel a one-time service before we have begun work, you are entitled to a full refund. Work is considered to have begun once you receive our onboarding questionnaire or we have requested access to your accounts.
No refund is available for one-time services once work has commenced, as the professional time invested cannot be recovered. If work is only partially complete at the time of a cancellation, we may at our discretion offer a partial credit toward future services, proportional to the work remaining.
If we fail to deliver a one-time service within twice the stated delivery timeline due solely to circumstances within our control, you may request a full refund.
Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Once a billing period has started and work for that month has been scheduled and commenced, no refund is available for that month's payment.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work delivered in the first month of a retainer, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with specific concerns. We will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it to a reasonable standard, we may at our discretion issue a partial credit toward future services.
If you end a retainer service during the minimum 3-month commitment period, you remain responsible for all payments through the end of that period. No refund is available for the remaining commitment term.
If LovelySEO fails to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control, and cannot remedy the failure within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a pro-rated refund for undelivered work.
If you are billed twice for the same service due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 5 business days.
If a payment was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the charge and work with Stripe to resolve the issue.

We encourage direct communication before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we may provide our payment processor with documentation demonstrating services were delivered. Unjustified chargebacks may result in termination of the client relationship.
