Most Google Ads accounts are managed reactively. Bids adjusted when someone notices, keywords added without research, ads that have not been refreshed in a year. We rebuild accounts with intent and manage them actively.
Delivery: New accounts or rebuilds live within 7 to 10 business days. Monthly reports first week of each month.
Most PPC agencies charge a percentage of your monthly ad spend - typically 10 to 20 percent. This creates an obvious problem: their earnings go up when you spend more, regardless of whether spending more is the right decision for your business. We charge a flat fee. We have no incentive to push your budget higher. Our incentive is for the campaigns to work efficiently so you stay a client.
For inherited accounts, the first month is an audit and rebuild. Most accounts we take over have structural problems that are wasting 20 to 40 percent of the budget on irrelevant clicks. Broad match keywords without adequate negative lists, poor campaign segmentation that makes bid adjustments impossible, ad copy that has not been refreshed in years. We fix the structure before we start optimising.
For new accounts, we build from the architecture up. Campaign structure follows keyword intent groups. Match types are chosen deliberately. Negative keywords go in before the account launches. This takes longer to set up but it produces better initial performance and makes ongoing optimisation far more efficient.
Quality Score is Google's rating of how relevant your ads and landing pages are to the keywords you are bidding on. A higher Quality Score means you pay less per click for the same position. We focus heavily on Quality Score improvement because the cost savings compound - better scores mean lower costs, which means the same budget generates more clicks, which generates more leads at a lower cost per acquisition.
We generally suggest a minimum of $1,000/mo in ad spend to generate enough data to optimise effectively. Lower budgets can work for very niche targeting but take longer to produce meaningful data.
Yes. Shopping and Performance Max campaigns are included in the same flat management fee for e-commerce clients.
